As a family-owned and operated business, Kids ELC proudly offers high-quality early childhood education centres across south-east and northern Queensland. At Kids ELC, we take an interest-led approach to early learning, which emphasises innovative, inquiry-based learning, community involvement, and beautiful, thoughtfully designed environments supported by nurturing educators.
What age groups do you cater for?
While each of our early learning centres offers different facilities, we’re generally able to cater to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Some of our centres also offer care for school-aged children through our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, providing before and after school care as well as vacation care.
What learning philosophy does Kids ELC follow?
At Kids ELC, we’re guided by a range of approved frameworks including the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our curriculum is grounded in respect, responsibility, community, and the belief that children are capable, curious, and communicative learners.
Where are your centres located, and what standards do they meet?
Most of our early learning centres are based across south-east Queensland, from Beaudesert and Dakabin to Capalaba and Browns Plains. That said, we also have two centres located in north-east Queensland in Charters Towers and Condon.

Do you participate in the Free Kindy program?
We’re proud to offer a Queensland Government-approved Free Kindy program across all of our early learning centres. Eligible children can enjoy 15 hours of engaging kindergarten learning each week at no cost. It’s just one of the ways we’re making childcare affordable for families.
Are meals, nappies, and wipes included in fees?
Yes, we provide meals, nappies, and wipes across all of our early learning centres for your convenience. Nutritious meals are served each day, with menus tailored to meet individual dietary needs. From hearty breakfasts and nourishing lunches to healthy snacks throughout the day, you can rest assured that your child will receive fresh, wholesome meals during their time at a Kids ELC.
