Educator

Our early childhood educators are the heart and soul of our Kids ELC centres. They’re nurturing, patient, full of curiosity, and excitement. Best of all, our educators are passionate about children, playing a key role in shaping the hearts and minds of the next generation each and every day.

Early Childhood Teacher

Kids ELC’s team of early childhood teachers is dedicated to preparing children for a smooth and confident start to their schooling journey. Through a balance of intentional and play-based learning, they nurture each child’s readiness and ensure every child feels equipped and excited for the transition to ‘big school.’

Atelierista

As a Reggio Emilia-inspired early childhood education provider, each of our centres is home to a dedicated atelier, or art studio. These creative spaces are run by our incredible atelieristas, who actively encourage children to explore their thoughts and emotions through a variety of artistic mediums.

Educational Leader/Pedagogista

At Kids ELC, our educational leaders and pedagogistas work alongside our educators every day, offering guidance, mentorship, and support. Our Pedagogista also assists educators in their professional development and growth, providing guidance on best practices and emerging research in teaching and learning.

Assistant Centre Manager

Kids ELC assistant centre managers work hand-in-hand with centre managers, providing advice and support to their teams. They play an active role in daily operations, always ready to step in and ensure the centre runs smoothly.

Centre Manager

Kids ELC centre managers are the heart of our centres, leading with a strong focus on the wellbeing of both children and educators. Deeply committed to their teams and families, they foster respectful, trusting relationships and cultivate a nurturing learning environment where every child, family, and educator can thrive.

Trainee Early Childhood Educators and Teachers

We warmly welcome trainees who aspire to pursue a career in early childhood education. As a trainee, you’ll work alongside our early childhood educators and teachers to gain valuable skills, experience, and knowledge to help you on your journey to becoming an early childhood professional with Kids ELC.
