At our Browns Plains centre, we have five beautifully designed studios and large outdoor play areas offering age-appropriate facilities to children across different age groups. Each day, we can comfortably accommodate up to 88 children.

    • What’s provided by Kids ELC Browns Plains, and what do I need to pack for my child?

      At Kids ELC Browns Plains, we supply nappies and wipes for your child’s comfort and wellbeing. Your child will also enjoy a selection of fresh, wholesome meals including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.

      All that’s left to bring is:

      • A spare change of clothes (or two) and a wet bag labelled with your child’s name
      • A sun-safe hat (broad-brimmed or legionnaire style)
      • A labelled water bottle
      • Baby’s bottles for formula or breastmilk 

    • What facilities are available to children at the Browns Plains centre?

      Our Browns Plains centre has been thoughtfully designed with a range of large outdoor play areas and hands-on activities to help your child explore the world around them. They’ll have the chance to enjoy our water park, adventure playground, mud kitchen and huge sandpit.

      At Kids ELC Browns Plains, we also understand the importance of technology in supporting early childhood learning. It’s for this reason that we’ve integrated a range of age-appropriate technological tools to help our children get the most out of their education.

    • What are your opening hours, including before/after school care?

      We’re open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We’re proud to offer a fun and flexible Outside School Hours Care service, providing before- and after-school care to primary school-aged children. Over the school holidays, we also run a holiday program filled with exciting activities, including science experiments, themed days, and local excursions.

    • How do you prepare children for school?

      We proudly offer a Queensland Government-approved Free Kindy program, led by a bachelor-qualified early childhood teacher and supported by an experienced educational leader. Through this program, children have the opportunity to develop the foundational skills needed for success throughout their schooling journey. By completing our Free Kindy program, children are better equipped to handle the transition from Kindy into Prep and beyond.

    • Can I visit before enrolling?

      Absolutely! We always encourage curious parents and families to come and visit our centre before enrolling their child. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore our facilities, meet our friendly team, and ask any questions you might have.
