At Charters Towers Kids Early Learning Centre, we believe that learning is a lifelong experience where we place importance on the hundred languages of children. We hold high values on providing an inclusive and engaging environment for all children to reach their full potential and emphasise the importance of relationships as a fundamental component of our everyday practices. The Educators build positive and trusting relationships based on mutual respect with each family, highlighting the importance of the family being the child’s first teacher, whilst also viewing children as confident and capable learners within their environment.
